Learning Sphere is proud to provide education to all individuals and works with our learners to ensure that additional assistance is provided when needed in order to complete training. We individualise this assistance based on each learner’s needs. Some examples of assistance are:
- Additional targeted training
- Oral assessment instead of written or any other identified adjustment.
- Learning Support Plans completed with the learner to track any needs and celebrate improvements.
- Provision of hard copy resources where online is not practicable for the learner.
- Ongoing assistance from trainer /assessor when asked and when identified.
- Support or referral to other agencies.
In instances where assistance required is outside of the Learning Sphere scope, we will do our best to support these learners in obtaining help as needed and where we are able.
