What Is a Traineeship?

Definition: Traineeships combine work-based learning with practical, on-the-job training.

Registered Training Organisation: Classroom-based learning is provided by a a nationally registered provider of training, such as Learning Sphere (RTO 91718).

Duration: Traineeships typically last between 12 to 24 months, depending on the qualification level.

Employment: Trainees are employed and paid while gaining hands-on experience in their field.

Eligibility: Available for Australian and NZ citizens or Australian permanent residents, 15 years old or over, who are no longer in school.
What Do You Mean by Fee-Free and NSW Government Funding?

Are There Any Contracts?
No lock-in contracts: No, we operate on a no-lock-in contract model. Students will need to complete a formal enrolment process to enrol in the qualification, but we assist with the entire process, including cancellation if they choose not to continue.
