Location: Western Sydney (Erskine Park, Eastern Creek, Wetherill Park and surrounds)
Employment Type: Ongoing casual and temp-to-perm opportunities
Pay Rate: $30 – $34 per hour + super
Shift Times:

  • Day shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (higher rates apply)

About the Role:
We’re seeking pick packers to join busy distribution centres across Western Sydney. You’ll be using voice-pick technology and RF scanners to accurately fulfil orders in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Key Duties:

  • Voice picking and packing orders
  • Using RF scanners
  • Working to performance targets
  • Manual handling (up to 20kg)
  • Ensuring safety and accuracy at all times

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience
  • Comfortable using voice-pick and RF scanning systems
  • Reliable transport to/from site
  • Good level of physical fitness
