Location: Western Sydney – Blacktown, Penrith, Parramatta, and surrounds
Employment Type: Ongoing casual and permanent full-time
Pay Rate: $29 – $34 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Occasional weekend work or early starts based on contracts

About the Role:
We are recruiting for grounds maintenance and landscaping workers to join long-term commercial maintenance contracts. Focused solely on grounds upkeep and routine care of parks, schools, and commercial properties.

Key Duties:

  • Mowing, edging, hedging, and pruning
  • Blower operation, weed control, mulching
  • General garden and grounds upkeep
  • Safe operation of commercial landscaping tools

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
  • White Card and current driver’s licence (preferred)
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions
  • Able to work in a team and follow schedules
